With solutions ranging from Settlement Preservation Trusts, Bankruptcy Custody, and Qualified Settlement Funds, Evolve partners with our clients to provide personalized, attentive, and efficient service.

Evolve assists litigation attorneys and their clients in developing comprehensive plans that encompass liquidity and life-long financial security, while seeking to preserve public benefits when necessary.

Settlement Preservation Trusts

A Settlement Preservation Trust (SPT) is a great way to protect your client’s settlement. The SPT allows financial flexibility to accommodate changes in a client’s financial future well beyond the time settlement proceeds are obtained. Assets in an SPT cannot be encumbered or sold to a factoring company.

Evolve understands the workings of a settlement preservation trust and can accurately distribute large amounts of money through these vehicles.

Qualified Settlement Funds

Evolve acts as custodian and disbursement agent for the QSF. Evolve invests and disburses the funds as directed by the QSF administrator or trustee.

Evolve understands that QSF’s give the attorney and the claimant time to allocate settlement periods, verify and negotiate liens or subrogation claims, and address the decision to defer attorney fees. We help to ensure the funds are set up and distributed in the best way for all parties.
