I am an SBA lender with 30 years’ experience, specializing in SBA 7(a) and 504 loans. With a background in credit and sales, I am well-versed in the process of closing and funding a loan. In addition, I bring a depth of knowledge of SBA policies and procedures, and that expertise allows me to guide my clients throughout the application and decisioning process.
A forward-focused approach allows me to prepare my clients for every step of the loan application process well in advance of any deadline. Through this clear communication of materials and deadlines, nothing is left to chance or the last minute. My clients are well-prepared and stress-free. Moments spent away from the office, I’m active in my community, supporting the Red Cross and SPCA. I also love the local restaurant scene in SoCal. I enjoy visiting nearby mountains and beaches.
