As an SBA Business Development Officer with over twenty years’ experience, I have had the honor and privilege of assisting small business owners in securing funding to fulfill their dreams of growing their business, purchasing their commercial properties, and more!
I take a consultative approach in which I listen to my clients’ needs and come up with solutions that will benefit them not only in the short term but long term as well. I understand many different business models because of my tenure in the industry so I share my expertise with them.
Communication that involves honesty and professionalism is my top priority. From the get-go, I disclose requirements, expected timelines, costs, and steps in the process and discuss any challenges that may come up along the way so that they can quickly be resolved. My goal is help get the loan funded as quickly as possible.
In my free time, I volunteer as the Chairman of the Board for a Community Development Company (CDC) which supports the business community in California to purchase their owner/user commercial properties. I also enjoy spending time at the beach and trying out new restaurants.
