Thank you for visiting my webpage. My name is Bonnie Harper and I am a Senior Home Loan Consultant with Evolve Bank & Trust. I started my career in the mortgage industry in 2004. I am highly customer focused and energetic, providing the critical link between my client’s needs and the continuing changes required by lenders in the mortgage process. I have found Evolve to be better than other mortgage lending institutions in their management and document turn-around. This allows me to deliver the highest level of local mortgage service to my customers. Having previously taught Mortgage Sales Training and Credit Worthiness classes, I have a depth of knowledge to assist customers in overcoming barriers in order to accomplish their refinance or home purchase goals. I attended Wilmington University and hold a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Resource Management. I can write loans in all 50 states, however my main concentration is in Delaware. Buying a home is likely the biggest purchase you will make over the course of your lifetime and deciding when and how to refinance that mortgage also requires careful consideration. I am a homeowner myself, and I understand these considerations and have designed my mortgage process and services around helping families make the right decisions with their mortgage. I take this role very seriously and I truly appreciate the many families that have entrusted me to handle their home financing.
