Hello, my name is Chris Paranczak and I am the Market Manager here at the Evolve Bank & Trust Delaware Home Loan Center. I am a lifelong Delaware resident, graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. After college I worked at the old Hercules Country Club and managed several restaurants in New Castle County.
A little over 15 years ago, I transitioned into the Mortgage Industry and quickly realized that was my true passion. It’s an amazing feeling to help my clients achieve the dream of home ownership. It’s especially satisfying helping clients who just did not believe that they would ever own a home. Helping them put together a “Home Ownership Game Plan”, and seeing all of the pieces fall in line is about as good as it gets!!
